" I just put up with so much bullshit when I was younger, like, I have really grown even since in college of just advocating for myself. Because so much of the time, especially as a woman and especially as a woman in sports. Oh my god, like being told, like, well, you're not better than any man or anything like, Yes, I am. Yes, I fucking am, I work twice as hard. And I'm twice as good. And I get half the credit. And, you just can't win. You know, I've like just tuning out all the bullshit about your friends who don't play sports who are tinier than you and like, aren't eating as much as you or, like, look more feminine than you who gives a shit you're so good at what you do and to be as good as that. To be at the level that you're at, and to succeed, you have to be different than people who aren't doing that. Like you have to just level up you have to do the the extra work. And I think I was so afraid to do all of that for taking up too much space or being too loud or not being exactly like everyone else. And
