"Like, I'm sure even now we're so inclusive, which is really great. Like being here, everybody likes everybody, it's very nice. We're very together and I really enjoy that. Even if someone doesn't feel included, I want them to be able to talk to me or anyone else on the team so that they can we can fix that. I don't want people to feel isolated and alone. I hate that and that's how I felt and I don't want people to feel that way"  Ella Raines
